United Terran Federation Communique to Admiral Li Kyphese (Commander of New Morrabian Detachment – Cybian Battalion)

Admiral,

     As you already know, for the past eight years the UTF Physics Engineering and Scientific Application Program has continued its research on intergalactic space travel, despite the failures of Arcus Angelus and the detrimental departure of his partner Dr. Dorfmund. Even with the SAE’s best efforts we currently do not have a successfully tested product. Notwithstanding these setbacks the United Terran Federation Space Force has continued to construct the makings of our first intergalactic fleets. The UTFSF is currently putting final touches on its deep space Javelin, Saber, Broadsword, and Anlace class starships. These ships are soon to be retrofitted with completed Galaxial-Flux Drives based on the original Arcus Angelus design. They are currently undergoing construction at Orbital Shipyards Araxia and Benthion.

 

     As the forerunner to Terran exploration and dominion, the UTFSF is responsible to utilize the vast resources available to us to spread out beyond the stars. Our dominion will grow and prosper once these monumental vessels are complete. They are however, unprepared to begin the mighty manifestation of our destiny. They require crews: pilots, physicists, engineers, navigators, marines, doctors, and the like; able men and women. These will be no ordinary men and women, no ordinary crews; no, these crews will be comprised of the very best crop the UTF—and the Great Dominion of Terra—has to offer. Dedicated and passionate men and women, who through their beliefs would lay down their lives for the unification, glorification, and destined dominion of Terrans.

 

      Battalions across the territorial borders of our world are being relocated to reinforce and augment our already burgeoning fleets.  Three of the five fleets’ forces are already accounted for and are already hard at work with preparations. The remaining forces will assemble at designated launch zones and prepare for the journey to Luna. On the surface of the moon they will perform intensive low gravity and zero gravity exercises and training to prepare the UTF Space Forces for the expansion and ultimate Dominion of Terra.

Your Cybian Mandali Battalion is being requisitioned at this time. You are to cease all primary and ancillary activity in the area. Any non-priority missions currently underway are to be scrubbed. All non-essential personnel, primary assets, and resources are to be recalled to UTF Mandali HQ in Cybia, to be prepped for imminent Lunar departure.
